Azotobacter vinelandii sequence download

This sequence data was generated by the Joint Genome Institute project on Microbial genomes 2002. This version can be downloaded as a single file containing 78 scaffolds comprised of 530 contigs; it represents a ~10X coverage. This is DRAFT sequence! It is currently in annotation at ORNL. Manual annotation will begin in July, 2002, after which data can be downloaded from this site once it has been redesigned to support the new data.
